Made with naturally sweet Hawaiian coffee beans, this blend offers subtle notes of brown sugar and black licorice.

Our coffee beans are grown in a unique way, inspired by vineyard practices. Taking a cue from family vineyards in California, we have patented a method of growing coffee on wires, similar to grapevines. By exposing the coffee trees to sunlight and aeration, we enhance the development of coffee cherries, leading to increased ripening and sugar production.

Unlike traditional methods that rely on visual cues, we take a scientific approach to determine the ideal maturity of our coffee cherries. By testing for pH levels, sugar content, and titratable acidity, we ensure that each cherry is harvested at peak ripeness.
